Where were these when I was stumped for what to say. This past weekend has just been horrible for me and while I don’t have writers block I don’t have the motivation to write. I need a bit more quotes to cheer me up. Here’s to a fab week!
Writer’s block in the worst! I’m glad this gave you some inspiration.
This is truly great and so appreciated! I am pinning, because I have had my moments and sure I will once again in the future with writer’s block. So I appreciate all the help I can get when this does happen. Happy Monday and have a great week ahead now!! xoxo ;)
Thank you so much for pinning!
I love a good quote paired with an inspiring photo (I have several secret Pinterest boards full of inspirational quotes).
Love these!! So true about changing the world. Think of how different the world would be if God’s truth was written down for ALL to read!
Oh my goodness – YES! The word changes lives continuously… very powerful indeed.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this my friend.
Hi Jennifer! I love a good meme, and here are so many of them! The photos really inspire too, as well as the wonderful messages from such famous writers.
Of course I get ‘writers block’ from time to time. I never thought of it as ‘thinking block’. That’s an interesting concept! The solution is always writing, but it’s so hard to start when I think I have nothing to say. It’s just good ol’ fashioned nose to the grindstone every time. It works!
Monday blessings, and hope you had a great Thanksgiving!

I love the thinking block concept too. Such a cool way to look at it.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on these quotes my friend.
Yes! These are all so great. I love the Martin Luther quote. Really inspiring for sure Jennifer.
The Martin Luther quote was my “save the best for last” quote. It really inspires me.
I’m glad these inspired you, my friend!
Hi Jennifer, my favorite is Maya’s
Thank you for the compilation. It is inspiring. I have to pinned it.
Hope you are well? How are your kids?
Loads of Blessings to you
I’m so glad you enjoyed the quotes my friend! I love inspirational words (it must be the writer in me… hey?)
The kids are doing well. We’ve been busy with swimming and art classes… lots of fun!
Thanks for pinning.
Oh these were PERFECT Jennifer!!! I pinned a few of my favorites because I need to see them often. You already know I’ve been stuck with writing and these helped so much. I especially like the one that says you can’t think yourself out of a writing block, you have to write yourself out of a thinking block. Also the water one. It’s so true, the more you freeze up and don’t write, the longer you stay stuck. Today’s post that I shared was hard to write because nothing came out how I wanted it to but I finally just hit publish. Thanks for the encouragement, these were great.
I’m so glad you enjoyed these quotes Jessica.
Writing will always be in my blood but sometimes my mind needs a nudge and pretty pictures paired with quotes always seems to do it for me.
The times I’ve sat down and suddenly doubted my ability to share what’s in my head! Usually I’ve mulled a post idea around in my head for days, but still the right words can fail to come to mind.
My favourite quote is the C.S.Lewis one; You Can Make Anything By Writing… So true. Words are just the building blocks, helping people to imagine the story. Finding the right building blocks isn’t always so easy.
xx
I love the CS Lewis one too. So inspirational!
Thank you for these! I was definitely in need of a little inspiration. These reminded me of how much I love writing and how it can make a difference.
I love having quotes to inspire and motivate me… these were definitely some of my favourite ones for writing!
I’m glad you enjoyed them Cynthia!
