Let me introduce myself. I’m Jennifer and I’m the creator of The Deliberate Mom.
When I started this blog, I made many lists of what it should be named. As I deliberated, I realized that I, for the most part, am a deliberate person. I take my time, I ponder, I reflect, I negotiate, and when I act, it is with deliberate intent.
As a mother, I’m especially deliberate. From the activities I do with my children, to the food I provide, I’m intentional. However, over the years I’ve learned that being a deliberate mom is not about perfection but rather intention.
