Have you ever seen a trend and thought nothing of it only to jump on board months (or in my case, years) later? I know it’s been around for a while, but I’ve just gotten into subway art. Today I have an extra-special piece of subway art for you but first a little background….
The leaves are turning colour here in Alberta and signs of autumn are everywhere. The geese are flying south, the air is crisp, and the grocery stores are overflowing with apples and pumpkins.
I looked around my house and felt unsettled that my home had no signs of autumn. Summer toys are littered throughout the backyard, I haven’t prepped my garden for fall, and the portable air conditioner hasn’t been placed back in storage.
This past week I felt ambitious and decided to create a more autumn-looking decor. I designed a fall subway art printable, placed it in an inexpensive frame, and surrounded it with miniature pumpkins and pine cones.
An easy DIY project for you to do this autumn. Beautify your home with subway art! #homedecor Click To TweetToday I want to share this download with YOU!
Since this is an image rather than a file, I hosted the download through Gumroad. Subscribers can access the download from the exclusive Deliberate Mom Printable Library.
Not a subscriber yet? I invite you to become one using the form below! Act quickly though, because after the promotion is over, this print will only be available if it’s purchased!
Are you the type of person who gets into trends immediately or does it take some time for you to jump on board? I would love to hear about it! Also, I would love to know your thoughts on my first subway art creation!
Wishing you a lovely and inspired day!
Hi Jennifer, I think you did a mighty fine job with your first subway art collection! As for getting into trends, I’m more the years later kind of person, there are probably many trends I don’t even notice.
When I lived I the UK, the autumn colours were stunning, you just had to look around to see the beautiful colours of nature. Here autumn is not so obvious, it’s more like a second spring, when everything comes back to life after a long hot summer.
I love the colours of autumn, I couldn’t imagine living somewhere where there wasn’t four seasons.
I’m delighted you like the subway print! I had fun making it!
This is so awesome and totally checking it out now. Thank you so much for sharing and wishing you a wonderful week ahead now, Jennifer xoxo :)
Thank you Janine! I’m delighted you like it. I loved creating it.
I love that piece! Thanks for sharing with us :)
Thanks Caroline! I’m delighted you like it!
That is SUPER cute and perfect for fall!
I’m going CRAZY with the fall decor Kristen! I can’t get enough of it!
I’m delighted you like the subway print.
I Love that it’s called subway art.
And I love a new post from you! I actually started to read it hours ago and got interrupted, but I couldn’t wait to get back.
We’re just starting to smell the slightest fall smell, and the nights are getting very cold.
Fall is my favourite season… I love everything about it. The nights are really cold here too. I need to put that air conditioner in storage!
This is adorable! You did such a great job! Aaannd since I am an email subscriber, hooray!!
I am so into making printable images now! It is like an addiction.
It rained here today and almost felt like Fall, but by Wed. I am sure it will be 90 degrees again!
Thanks Jen! Yes, you Arizona peeps don’t get the 4 seasons like us Albertans do! Although I wish I had your “winter”.
This is beautiful, I just love it. My favorite time is fall, wish it lasted longer.
I just adore fall – I wish it was longer too. Such a beautiful season… and I have lots of extra energy this time of year. It must be because I’m getting ready to hibernate.
I LOVE subway art! And fall subway art is probably my fave. This is beautiful Jennifer!
I had seen subway art so many times but really didn’t get “into” it until now. I’m delighted you liked my piece Tiffany. I had fun making it.
Your Fall / Autumn print is perfect for the season – the leaves have just started turning here and this morning it was only 49 degrees! I know that isn’t cold to you, but to this Southern girl it is quite a shock to wake up to. :)
Now, I think the universe is trying to tell me something… Not 3 hours ago, I had a reader tell me I should put some of my stuff on Gumroad. I’d never heard of them before and now I’ve heard their name twice in the same week (it’s only Tuesday)!
You did such a great job!
I love Gumroad Sarah! It’s so easy to host downloads through them. Plus they have the added feature of coupon codes, which means I can give things for free to subscribers. I find their rates/cut of the profit to be quite reasonable.
I’m delighted you liked my first attempt at subway art!
Love this! The weather down here in TX needs to get the memo that it’s fall…… We are still in the 90s down here!!!
Oh wow! That’s super hot!
Glad you like my subway art… maybe you’ll be feeling “fall-like” it soon ;)
I love this! I love subway art, and fall art! Win win!
Woohoo! I love the fall art too! I’m delighted you liked my subway art creation!
When it comes to clothing, I love to follow trends. Though when it comes to decor, I am usually slow to the plate. It takes me awhile to digest what I like/dislike. Plus, I can’t really envision how it would look in a room. Thankfully, my husband is good at that, so if I find a piece, he will locate a good place for it.
I don’t follow trends well in any regards! I tried the trends with clothing and often they don’t look good on me.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this Caryn!
That is really a nice adding.
I love fall. It’s my favorite season.
Thanks for sharing it.

Thanks Debbie! I’m delighted you enjoyed it!
I appreciate you stopping by.
This would make a great seasonal decoration that you don’t feel guilty about taking down. I hate not seeing some of my special stuff up all year. Thanks for sharing your project at the #AnythingGoes Link Party.
Thanks for hosting a great party Sandy!
