I recently realized that there are scenes, glimpses from my home, which clearly indicate that children reside here.
I thought it would be fun to share one of these scenes with you every once in a while. Last week I shared a photo of our Kleenex box.
Today’s scene is… the boot.
This time it’s a boot. However, a shoe or a slipper will also play the role as home for a stuffed animal, a toy car, or worse yet, a Lego block.
Hilarious!
LOL I like this much more than the tissue box. In fact I think the boot makes a great home for the horsey! He seems comfortable
Hi Jennifer! Oh man, what could be worse than jamming on your boots, and encountering a lego?? My foot aches just thinking about it!
You have some creative people at your house! What horse stall has fur walls? Sounds pretty nice, doesn’t it??
Thank you for your visits while I was gone. You are such a great blog-friend :)

Oh girls. Audrey usually tries to stuff herself in her dolly stroller so I guess an animal in a boot isn’t too bad. But a lego…eek! :)
Haha too cute! You can tell it had a child’s touch for sure :)
Yes indeed. These “surprises” always make me laugh.
… and the colour of the horse matches the boot. How fashionable!
I think the toy metal car is more painful than a Lego. My kids find the most unusual “homes” for things.
I love visiting your blog Ceil! You always have such lovely words of God-breathed wisdom. It’s so uplifting!
Oh my… that must be ADORABLE! I think children always like to experiment with what “fits”.
yeah, I’m not sure how many adults would do this… but you never know. Thanks for visiting Tammy!
Yeah… that Lego-in-the-shoe trick never is a pleasant one. Great picture!
:-)
So cute!
