Okay let’s rephrase that… who’s ready to make 2015 the best year ever for their blog?

I’m super excited to share with you one of the BEST blogging tools I use.
Seriously.

Everyone, I would like you to meet my blog planner….
TA-DA!!!
I could just look at this planner all day. It’s so beautiful.
Now, this isn’t JUST a blog planner… it’s organization that you could only dream about.
I have downloaded a lot of free planners. I have made my own spreadsheets… but nothing has met my standards of excellence like this blog planner.

This planner has all your bases covered.
My two favourite sheets are the Archive Updates sheet and the Daily Blog Maintenance sheet.
Ever since I switched to WordPress in June, I have been updating old posts. The archive update sheet has been fabulous with helping me ensure I update my old posts properly.
I placed the daily maintenance sheet in a plastic sleeve and I use a dry erase marker to tick the applicable boxes. I don’t do everything on the daily maintenance sheet but I find that it gives me daily motivation to get tasks done.
I decided to print out my planner and assemble it in a binder. I like the flexibility that a binder offers. I can add and take out sheets as I wish. I even have an additional plastic sleeve to store receipts for my blog expenses.
I seriously love this planner and can’t say enough good things about it. The 2015 blogger planner is $8 and is worth every penny. For $10 you can get the complete 2015 blogger planner, calendar, and menu planner.

It is the best. You know me… I don’t promote something unless I absolutely ADORE it. I like downloadable/printable planners because you can customize them any way you like. More copies of one sheet than another, etc.

Blog planners are a great idea, especially for people who are visual and like to write it all out. I tend to just make lists online where I can access them anywhere.
I like to make online lists too – but I also love the ability to document things like statistics, social media shares, etc.

I’ve actually been doing all my blog planning on scrap pieces of paper (remnants of printing mishaps where the printer decided not to print 6 slides per page and did 1 slide per page instead…), so it’s been difficult to keep track of, haha. This would be awesome! <3

You’re right, what a beautiful planner with everything you could ever need to help you organize your blog. I use OneNote to organize my posting schedule, but I think the other stuff in this planner could really help me get even more done. It’s always nice to feel accomplished, and a planner always helps me feel that way. Thanks for the info!

This planner seems so perfect and I love that she has a home school planner too! Mama Miss is seriously talented.
But I looked up how much it would be to print it out at Staples (our printer couldn’t handle that much usage) and it would be 88.00 in color and 20.00 in black and white for the printing alone. Sadly out of our budget.
You’re the second person to tell me those outrageous prices for printing. I looked into STAPLES here in Canada and it was $28.09 to print in colour 9.24 to print in black and white! What a difference in prices.
I opted to print it at how, as I have a double-sided colour printer and a $35 package of ink was more than enough to print it. I liked being able to print the pages in the amounts and way I would prefer.
You are so generous and I’m proud to call you a friend. I hope that all three charities receive the full amounts.

It’s a wonderful planner Heather – although printing it out can be a little pricey. I printed on my home printer (which has double-sided capacity). I put in fresh ink (which was $35). After printing the entire thing out I still have plenty of ink left. Some bloggers have commented that printing at Staples in the USA is about $75 (for colour) of this document — which is about 3x what it costs to have it printed at Staples here in Canada. I don’t know why there’s such a price difference.
Fortunately it cost little for me to print and I LOVE the planner.
That’s an excellent point about the printing. I think, at that price, it would be much better to just buy it. Thanks, again, for sharing.
