A Friday ritual. A single photo – no words – capturing a moment from the week. A simple, special, extraordinary moment. A moment I want to pause, savour and remember.

Wishing you an amazing weekend full of memorable moments!
Those eyes! What a cutie! I’m sure she loved it. Was it soft serve? That’s my most favorite. I’ll take a vanilla soft serve cone over other ice cream every time. :)
Have a wonderful weekend!

Yes it was soft serve… from Dairy Queen. Yummy!
Wishing you a lovely weekend too!

I can’t even remember my first ice cream cone and it certainly isn’t in a picture! Did she love it?
She loved it Debby! She was a little uncertain about how cold it was but she ate it nonetheless.
Wishing you a wonderful weekend.
Wow, she is doing incredibly well for her first time… You should see the mess mine made! Yikes!!!! :-) Hope she enjoyed it.
This is our moment this week… someone broke into our closet!

Have a great week-end!
Yes, she was pretty dainty about it.
Wow, she looks like she’s not quite sure what she thinks about that first ice cream cone! Hope she enjoys it : ) Have a lovely weekend!

I think she wasn’t too sure about the coldness Lyssa!
Wishing you a lovely weekend too!
Awww what a cutie!
Thanks. Yeah, she’s pretty cute (especially when she’s eating ice cream)!
Have a great weekend!
Love this picture! That’s an adorable mustache there!
Our moment this week comes from our visit last weekend to one of the local sugar houses!

Have a great weekend!
I love the ice cream mustache too!
Wishing you a lovely weekend as well.
It looks delicious !!! Have a nice week-end.
She loved it!
Wishing you a nice weekend too!
Love the edit on this picture! I want bangs like her. First ice cream cone? That’s impressive…Dylan’s already had a little ice cream..lol
Her bangs are ridiculous! Actually both of my girls have hair that grows at unkeepable, unreasonable rates! We never tried her with ice cream because my oldest has the anaphylaxis dairy allergy. We were able to treat her because my oldest was at a sleepover… and what do you do when the oldest is away? Have cheese and ice cream of course!
she looks like she’s thinking quite intently. what flavor did she choose? vanilla? also, did you make her sweater? it’s very pretty! thanks for sharing!
here’s my moment if you’d like to visit: http://homespired.blogspot.com/2014/03/this-moment_27.html
hope you have a blessed & restful weekend!
We had vanilla soft serve. I think she was perplexed about the coldness of it.
I didn`t make her sweater (I wish I could knit like that), it was from a great aunt. It`s a great little hoodie with a zipper down the back.
Wishing you a blessed weekend as well!
oh my, what a great expression! Panda has had ice cream (coconut for dairy issues) but no cones yet. What a fun thing to capture in a photo. Be well.
She loved it! My oldest has an anaphylaxis dairy allergy. She was away at a Girl Guides sleepover, so we took the opportunity to treat our youngest to her first ice cream cone.
Wishing you a lovely day.
She is so very, very cute, love the picture!!!
Thanks Tara! Yes, I love this picture… something about that ice cream covered face!
