My little girl LOVES guacamole. So we headed to the kitchen and whipped up our own batch. It was so delicious, I thought I would share the recipe with you!

The Ingredients
2 Haas avocados (peeled and seeded)
1/4 cup onion diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 Roma tomatoes (seeded and diced)
1/2 lime, juiced
1 Tbsp extra light virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tsp cilantro
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
a dash of fresh ground pepper

The Process
Prepare your ingredients

In a medium mixing bowl, use a mix master to blend the avocado to a smooth texture.

Add the remaining ingredients.

Mix well.
Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
Enjoy with your favourite tortilla chips!
